@andybudd I thought the idea of introversion/extraversion as a single scale (whereby an individual sits somewhere along it) has been pretty much debunked (I may be wrong there, though). Or at least it's a bit more complicated than a binary label.On twitter.com

@andybudd For example, every Myers-Briggs thing I've done says I'm introverted. However, I know I exhibit many extroverted traits in certain circumstances. Personally, I think a lot of effective leaders are ambiverts; able to adapt to different situations and people.Permalink On twitter.com
