Sat through 5 minutes and 13 seconds of HRMC trying to get me to sign up to Voice ID only then to be told 'oh sorry, we're too busy to talk to you. Bye!' Then hanging up. Now I have to go through all that again. Somewhat of a shitty experience.On twitter.com
