@daveixd @andybudd @nickf I think designers suffer all too much from problem definition escalation and see impact = big/strategic. When, sometimes, fixing a thousand tiny 'shit' tasks = a massive impact over the longer term. Marginal gains and all that. It does require a big shift in thinking, though.
