  1. Spent three evenings building up a new flat bar gravel bike/hybrid. An entire evening on the disc brakes to discover the pads are also shot, and the front rotor is bent. My frustrated conclusion is that disc brakes are nowhere near the hassle for being able to stop a bit better.
