      @TomALloyd @andybudd Interestingly – well, in Wales anyway – school decision making is so devolved. In terms of authority as to when/how a school opens it's: assembly > national consortia > local authority > head teacher. So, when the gov says 'we're opening in June', that's not what they mean.

    @TomALloyd @andybudd We've had letters from both schools saying 'as much as we'd like to, that's not going to happen, and we're thinking about how we might phase pupils back, but at this point, we're really not sure at all. Oh, and it's up to us how we do it, not the Assembly'.
