  1. Comparing today's positive covid tests to the first peak is like comparing apples and oranges. Then = hospital admissions only with serious disease. Now = widespread community testing, many mild, completely difference demographic.

      So, the daily alarmist reporting of 'x number of cases today - most since May the whatever' is just nonsense. I mean, yes, if you look *just* at the numbers, that's right. But the conditions are entirely different.
