  1. As someone with IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease), I'm continually amazed about people's reaction when I openly talk about... wait for it... (in hushed tone)... BOWELS! Seriously. Men, in particular. Almost as taboo as mental health. Talk about your bowels, folks.
