@AaronGustafson Yep. It's the new battery management in Catalina (10.15.5). See support.apple.com/en-gb/HT211094 I had this issue a little while ago with my 2017 MacBook. I turned it off. But then my battery needed replacing after about three months. :(On twitter.com
