I reckon I've tried almost every single to do app / system there is. But, for me, nothing beats a post-it note stuck to my monitor ordered in priority (left to right, with left being most important). I always end up with a pile that gets relegated to my desk. That's the backlog.Permalink On twitter.com

Once a week, I sort through my backlog. Every day, I reorder my post it notes. The physical size of post-it notes and my monitor mean I don't end up with a million notes. When something is done, there is a satisfying crumble, and the post-it note goes in the recycling.On twitter.com
