@hellogeri I find that rapeseed has quite a flavour. If you're after high smoke point oils, then I use a really good (as high quality as I can find) sunflower oil, or a (as light in colour as you can find) nut oil (but maybe avoid peanut – not terribly eco friendly).On twitter.com
