Bought dirty cheese to attempt making a Korean take on a dirty US cheeseburger tonight. It seems the key difference is: 1. really thin patties, doubling or tripling when serving. 2. Fried onions in the middle of it all 3. Chilli mayo 4. Sliced buns slow fried in butter. Healthy!
