      Are we seeing a reduction in the width of the ’T-shaped designer’? And is the result the problem many orgs are facing with hiring? If roles are being so tightly defined and only require an exact fit. And is this being perpetuated by hiring managers with a narrow ’T’?

    I’m only musing on this today because some of the best designers, product managers, and engineers I’ve worked with and hired have been those that are broadly skilled. But I’m hearing more about this starting to be considered a disadvantage and I’m wondering why.
