Are we seeing a reduction in the width of the ’T-shaped designer’? And is the result the problem many orgs are facing with hiring? If roles are being so tightly defined and only require an exact fit. And is this being perpetuated by hiring managers with a narrow ’T’?Permalink On twitter.com
