Coupled with @piccalilli_ ’s Eleventy from Scratch course (piccalil.li/course/learn-eleventy-from-scratch), I’ve gone from nothing to a bare bones prototype that pulls content from @Pinboard in about 40 minutes. One of the very nice things about being a fairly broad t-shaped designer is that I can make things myself. HTML is not difficult to learn. Neither is CSS. Typography takes practice. Translating user needs into an *actual* working thing is always rewarding.Permalink On twitter.com
