      For those of you who don’t know… Pea Wet is the ‘discharge’ from pots of mushy peas in your local fish and chip shop. Originating in Wigan, I believe, and served over pie barms like gravy.

        For those of you who don’t know… A pie barm is a pie in a barm cake. For those of you who don’t know… A barm cake is a big bread roll. Like a flat oven bottom roll, but larger. Pie. In a bread roll. Covered in pie juice.
