      @cantlin Not that it answers your question, but I’ve been in the leadership team trying to deverticalise. Turned out the P&L (and managers responsible) were the driving force behind siloing and lots of issues between those silos. Cohesive product team cooperation became non-existent.

    @cantlin And, I think what drove that call was the org balance sheet. Easier accounting and accountability. More traditional corp structure prior to IPO. Expectations and conformity for the market.
