    @jboogie @andybudd Hmmm. I’d say *most* don’t do that. I’ve been told directly once by a C-Suite/Investor to ‘don’t make it *too* easy to use, we sell services to help people with what you call unintuitive’. Making and maintaining something hard to use/unintuitive was a bedrock of their support org
