        1. Suddenly reminded of the conference I spoke at in Norway where I arrived really, really late and they didn’t have a room for me so they put me up in a meeting room with a pull out bed. I stole all the post it notes and white board markers.

        That was the same conference that was based on a circus theme only the MC knew about and was communicating in Norwegian to attendees. I was given juggling balls after my talk. On stage. In Norwegian.

      Then, after the conference, there was a huge sit-down meal. Half way through the meal, there was a full-on fire breathing circus act in the room. I’ll never forget @halvorson’s face. It was a brilliant conference.
