@andybudd @mikeindustries Seriously though. If the role is asking for both, personally, I’d like to see the craft first. If it’s up to it, I’d like invite the candidate for a discussion where I’d focus things on the UX and other stuff. That’s simply because I can screen the UI craft much faster.
