    1. I’ve been reading Cagan’s ‘Inspired’ book again. An awful lot of good stuff in there, but reading it post 18 months of lockdown remote, the whole piece about colocated teams is very jarring. That, and the ‘you should be working 60 hour weeks’ bit.

    That position pretty much stops building diverse and inclusive teams in its tracks. The really good product managers I’ve known have not lived and breathed their work. They have been well-adjusted, balanced, hard working individuals regardless of who they are.
