    @rclstudio @mikedotsullivan Same. Interesting (or boring) fact. <nerd>When they are green, they are mostly complex sugars (sucrose, I think). As they ripen, the sugars change to simple sugars. Green are better for slower digestion, longer burn energy. </nerd>
