  1. Equally excited and dreading the 100 mile bike ride my brother is planning for us next week in the Peak District. ‘Might be close to 3000m of climbing… ok with that!?’. Of course, in the Peaks, every climb is ~10% and requires 300 watts from me just to get up them.
