  1. Question for design and/or product teams: how do you measure quality over time? Of course we'd all want to see a graph trending towards higher quality work. Or maybe it doesn't matter, and, at the end of the day other product metrics are more important.

      Or is design quality just a subjective contributory factor based on a whole bunch of things like team dynamics, environment, skills, management etc etc. and a rabbit hole not worth going down.

        I know people have been trying to simplify and quantify this since the '50's with little success, but in a world of increasing numberwang I wonder if it's worth considering. Again.
