  1. It's very early days, but I've been using @sunsamaHQ to manage notes and tasks associated with meetings and it *might* be a gamer-changer for me. Time will tell, but I love its narrow focus and support it gives for getting organised.

      So what I like: – Google cal integration – Tasks and notes per meeting – Tasks are bubbled up to be planned holistically, but retain their original location (with the meeting). – The planning rituals it provides

        Oh, and... – The Kanban view of tasks – The three day view of meetings tasks is super-helpful in immediate horizon stuff (yesterday, today, and tomorrow).

        What I'd love to see: – Google Docs integration so notes could be made in a doc – Tasks are auto-created in Google tasks (the double walled garden puts me off a little as i've been burnt so many times)
