Feel I need to expand on this (*sigh*, Twitter). I am not saying that difficult conversations can be useful. Many times they can be. But IMO, I've seen this many times as a way of leading conversations. When one person prides themselves on it *every* conversation = difficult.Permalink On twitter.com
