      Quite alarming. I’m in pretty good shape and carrying a basket of logs for about 20 metres just knocked me on my arse huffing and puffing like an 80 year old.

    I’m ok though. O2 is ok. HR is elevated, but that’s to be expected. Keeping an eye on things.
