    1. ‘Winging it’ is too often talked about in the negative. A good example of winging it: Apollo 13 engineers at NASA ‘working the problem’. Little practice or preparation, but approaching a problem with focus, purpose, and adaptability. More winging it, please.

    There are probably loads of examples of improvising solving a problem resulted in breakthrough. I wonder how many, by comparison, are carefully and intricately planned.
