  1. Beware website redesign projects. Experience tells me that they almost always: 1. Become a CMS procurement project 2. Get coupled with some kind of event/product launch 3. Lead to a content mountain that needs climbing 4. 'Need' a design system

      There are more things – like internal transformation, politics and agendas. But, mostly, a 'redesign' project is often a useful vehicle for *many* interested parties to attach their interests.
