@brad_frost @anna_debenham These 'systems', whilst diverse and messy, imo generally serve their customers and audiences well. What they don't serve well are organisations under pressure to scale without the necessary resources. Overgrown gardens are no worse than well-maintained. Depends on the POV.On twitter.com
